How to access to your gratitude!

Maven Chat on Gratitude

What do you have to be thankful for, Mavens? Some things probably immediately come to mind.

But do you often go deeper then that? Wider then that? Can you see how much there is all around you to be grateful for in every single moment?

Uh, not so much.

We don’t live in hunky-dory fairytale land, so it’s very easy to be busy doing all the things we need to be doing, worrying about what’s ahead, and working our way out of a funky past so much so, that we often don’t even think to stop and say, “thank you” for it all.

But when we do pause and let ourselves start looking around and taking in all there is to be grateful for, it roots us back in the present, it re-connects us with ourselves, it makes us feel satisfied with all that we have in this moment.

That’s the point of gratitude, we think- to stop doing for a moment and instead just BE in appreciation for all we already have.

So, when it feels like it’s a little difficult to slow down and access that gratitude, we share a great exercise in today’s Maven Chat to help you quickly unlock more and more layers of all the things you have to be thankful for:
