Excellent tips, ladies, as always. I’m pretty close to the bone on what I can trim from both my budget (let’s not forget that!) and schedule, so the next to go is most media and … gasp! my cell phone. I don’t need to be yakking to people! It’s drastic but for me, I can manage emails and messages and texts much more easily…we shall see how it goes…

Oh yes, trim from the budget! To have a budget in the first place is a good step- I’m not quite there yet ;) And getting rid of your cel phone, wow! That’s a big step. So funny we lived just fine without them for so long and now it seems impossible! Go on with your trimmin self :) -jena

Thanks for the tips ladies! You’ve got some good ideas in there. I think my favorite part was about “being present”.If i could get that accomplished i could see everything else being so much more fulfilling and I think i would feel much more connected! Thanks again. The end of the video made me laugh!

Thanks for watching Julzie! And yes yes, I think that’s the word you wanted from the other night- to feel “fulfilled”. We’ll get to zone out together at the concert! Live music is such a present kind of experience. <3 you! -jena

This video couldn’t have come at a better time for me. I’m in the middle of writing an e-course for a blog I’m starting and my daily life has become a crazy juggling act. Your tips are great and I’m going to be implementing them right away. It’s comforting to know there are others who are also trying to balance work at home life. I also have a tip to share. I tend to get lost in my work and lose track of time (well, I also try not to look at the clock because my day will feel like it’s dragging). So I changed my computer settings to announce the time on the hour and it keeps me right on schedule without losing focus in my work!

Oh good! And yes, we totally know how hard it is to juggle creating an e-course with everything else, but it’s so rewarding, it’s gonna be worth it. That’s awesome- good luck! And yes- drop some other stuff right now! :)

And I love your tip! I have the same problem, not fully realizing how long things are taking and losing track- I’m gonna have to try that out. Thanks Ericka! -jena
