Maven Minutes :: Loving Where You’re At

Does this ever happen to you? You’re minding your own business, going about your day and all of a sudden you get smacked upside the head with not loving something about where you’re at in life.

Maybe it’s just a moment, but it affects how you feel about your place in life and can really bum you out.

Maybe it’s old thoughts that are intruding, trying to move in on your good life here and now. Or maybe it’s that you haven’t had a vacation in years and your best friend just took one and shared all the great photos and you’re wishing you had the tropical vacation of your dreams too.

We all have these types of moments. They can pop up often throughout the day. And on their own, they may not seem like much, but when we repeat these same patterns over and over again it starts to leave us with an unsatisfied feeling that convinces us our life could be so much better, if only  

Ugh, it’s the worst when we get distracted from ourselves and all of the awesomeness around us.

So today, we’re sharing 4 pitfalls to watch out for in loving where you’re at, so that the next time you feel stuck or not satisfied with right now, you can identify why and begin to change it.

    I’ve actually been going through this the past few weeks with just about each of the pitfalls. Thanks to your awesome video I know can see what is going on & try to change it all.

    I swear, I don’t know what I would do without you ladies! While online breaks can be good for your self-care, I don’t see how weeks without The Maven Circle can be. Learned my lesson!
